2023 Annual Conference. eVOLve: Leading at Every Level.

The second annual eVOLve Conference was a huge success with a crowd of over 300 registrants in person, with another 300 registering to participate virtually.

Keynote Speaker and Executive Leadership Coach Dr. Lakeya Cherry spoke to the crowd about the importance of leadership in social work practice, the importance of developing a growth mindset which includes developing personal leadership skills and strengths, and how to build strong relationships inside and outside of the organization.

Breakout sessions with CEU opportunities, an Awards Luncheon, and a Community Partner Mingle rounded out the busy day. Conference attendees commented that this was a very informative and enjoyable conference, and most were already looking forward to next year.
